Hey guys! Thought I'd set up my blog a bit differently, I will now be writing my blog posts from the middle outwards (like it is now) I hope that you like it. I have just finished editing a YouTube video which is currently uploading itself onto YouTube so once it's uploaded you can go check my videos out (yep there are 2 now). Also, if you look at the top of my blog there is a new page labelled : Stories. That is where I will be uploading a new chapter of my story once a week. A chapter has been uploaded already so you should go check that out!!!!

Strawberry, Cucumber + Mint Smoothie
Ingredients :
Roughly 10 Strawberries
3 fresh mint leaves
Half a cucumber
Water
A drizzle of honey (optional)
- First, peel your cucumber (I had to because I'm using a food processor, I still haven't gotten my blender yet so the peel of the cucumber would've been floating around all gross and stuff, but if you have a proper blender or juicer you don't have to peel the cucumber) and wash your strawberries and mint leaves.
- Then take the leaves off of the top of the strawberries and put all of the fruit and veg into your blender / food processor / juicer.
- Blend for a couple of seconds and then check mixture. If it is too thick, add a tablespoon of water. Keep blending, checking and adding water until it isn't too thick. Be careful though because, cucumbers and like 60% water so you don't want an overpoweringly watery smoothie. Just blend, check, taste and add water until it's ok.
- If it isn't sweet enough, add a drizzle of honey (I used organic honey because I wanted this smoothie to stay as healthy as possible).
- Blend for a final time. Pour into a cup and drink (or Instagram, Snap, Facebook and Tweet, then drink).
